First Contact

You Call,
We Answer.

When you call Tend, Dr. Osei-Bonsu or her care coordinator picks up — not a voicemail system, not a triage nurse reading from a script. The intake conversation takes about fifteen minutes and covers the things that matter: current medications, recent changes, and what's worrying you most right now.

Ongoing Care

Your Care Map.

After the first visit, you receive a written care map — a single document that holds every diagnosis, every medication, every specialist, and every decision made together. It travels with your parent to every appointment and lives in your hands, not a portal you can't log into.

Medication Review

Every prescription, supplement, and over-the-counter medication reviewed for interactions, duplications, and whether each one still makes sense.

Specialist Coordination

Dr. Osei-Bonsu reads every specialist note and speaks directly with your cardiologist, neurologist, or surgeon — so you don't have to translate between them.

Advance Directive Planning

An unhurried conversation about goals of care, completed documents, and a clear plan that everyone — family included — understands.

Ongoing Availability

Secure messaging between visits, same-day phone consultations for urgent changes, and annual comprehensive reviews.

Families

What families say
after the first visit.

My father had seven specialists and nobody was talking to each other. Dr. Osei-Bonsu read every note, called every office, and gave us one clear picture for the first time in three years. I didn't realize how much I needed someone to just hold all of it.

Daughter

Father, 81 — Portland, OR

My wife's memory started slipping and I didn't know how to talk to her doctors about what I was seeing at home. The first visit, Dr. Osei-Bonsu sat with both of us at our kitchen table for almost two hours. She asked questions I hadn't thought to ask.

Robert Tanaka

Spouse

Wife, 74 — Lake Oswego, OR

I spent forty years as a civil engineer. I know how to read a document and ask a question. What I couldn't find anywhere was a physician who had actually read my chart before walking in. Dr. Osei-Bonsu had read everything. She remembered it six months later.
